Trendy vegetable forward restaurant with very good dishes and a very sustainable approach! They work with hyper local providers, the farms they work with are certified organic, and they create new dishes out of food that would otherwise be unsold! And they compost their waste through a great 3rd party! Super friendly service, lovely atmosphere - a bit "raw"/ a cool trendy vibe!

Highly recommend. Creative dishes with a unique spin within a comfortable casual setting. Plates are small, good for sharing. Most items are under 20 euros, including wine by the glass.

Can’t believe this is right next to my work! It’s so cozy and cute for a romantic date or girls gathering. All farm to table dishes and only 1 meat option so very veggie friendly. The smoked whipped butter is to die for! I recommend the eggs and mushroom tartelette.

Trendy spot with modern French food, all vegetarian! It's more of a tapas bar with small dishes and a wide selection of wine and beverages. Lots of reminiscences of traditional French cooking techniques, but with vegetables and everything was very tasty, and that's speaking from a meat-lover myself. Reasonable prices too. Good place to chill with friends. Staff speaks great English. I love the mushroom pie, babaganoush with leek, & the beetroots dishes. I would sample everything here. I hope the chef comes up with new flavors/dishes and add more in the future with the rotations.

This was my favourite 3-course meal of a few in Paris. I’m pregnant and found other places difficult to cater to my restrictions. Pristine even had an alcohol-free sparkling wine, which was a treat. Great service, cool atmosphere. We enjoyed sitting upstairs and seeing the chefs at work. The whipped smoked butter was incredible!!! We also enjoyed the mushroom tart and ice cream sandwich. Definitely best all-around dining experience of our trip.

Like most French restaurants, the quality of food is excellent. They are bursting with different flavors. We thoroughly enjoyed the small menu with small shareable plates. We had the asparagus, artichoke, tuna tartare, "vollaile/bird", and carrots; however, it was on the pricier end for a meal. The staff are friendly but note that if one is seated in the basement, there are some fruit flies which can be a little annoying.

All the staff are very cheerful and kind to look after us, even the kitchen staff say hello to us. All the courses (fennel tuna tartare, mushroom tart, fried chicken with fries, carrot with egg, ice cream sandwich, rhubarb) we have ordered are very very tasty. The house bread and butter are to die for and the bread is topup after we finish, so glad. The wine we ordered is Chardonnay from Beaujolais, it is slightly dry with good after taste from the unfiltered process. We don't give 5 stars for atmosphere is because we are shown (we are the second party to arrive and there are lots of tables still available unless they have all been allocated to people that have booked the lunches) to sit next to the curtain at the back of the room, feel like school children in detention.
